ABOUT

Natalie Craig is Chief Executive of Cushman & Wakefield Singapore. Before this, Natalie was the Managing Director of C&W Services Singapore, a position she held since April 2020. Today, she oversees the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business, as well as the business operations and the delivery of Facility Management, Property Management, Building Engineering Solutions, and Energy & Sustainability services by C&W Services Singapore. She leads a team of over 2000 employees, serving a diverse portfolio of facilities, including institutional buildings, commercial offices, industrial sites, townships, sports venues, and R&D facilities. Under her leadership, C&W Services became the first Facilities Management firm in Singapore to earn the International WELL Building Institute WELL v2 certification at the Gold level and has been celebrated as a Great Place to Work.

Previously, Natalie served as Chief Legal & Commercial Officer, APAC, Cushman & Wakefield where she was responsible for the legal, risk and compliance functions as well as mergers and acquisitions activities in the region. She first joined the firm as General Counsel for Asia Pacific in November 2015.
