Presenter – Data and AI in Smart & Sustainable Buildings

Track 2C: Smart, Data-Driven & AI-Optimised Buildings | Thursday, 10 July 2025, 5:00 PM

The interaction and collaboration between humans and AI mark a significant advancement with the rise of AI use-cases in buildings to make buildings smart and more sustainable. Imagine AI-driven assistants planning your next system planned maintenance and making all the necessary arrangements; human-like bots acting as virtual assistant for the non-tech savvy senior clients; or AI-supported specialists in the supply chain optimising inventory in real-time based on fluctuations in demand.

The era of Agentic AI unlocks transformative potential for the built environment, enabling smarter, more efficient operations that reduce operational carbon emissions while maintaining rigorous impact assessments.
