Mike Tan

Mike Tan is the Group Treasurer at Frasers Property, a multinational investor-developer-manager of real estate products and services across the property value chain with total assets worth approximately S$40.1 billion as at 31 March 2023.

Group Treasury manages Frasers Property’s banking relationships, liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rate exposures. Frasers Property and its stable of listed REITs are active in the loan syndication, equity and debt capital markets.

To date, the Group has secured over S$10 billion of green or sustainability-linked loans and bonds since its first green loan in September 2018.

Mike also has prior experience in banking and managing multinational corporate treasuries in Asia and Europe.
