Sandra is a corporate lawyer who practises energy, regulatory and public procurement laws.
Sandra has extensive experience in pathfinder projects and advises state agencies such as Energy Market Authority, Energy Market Company, Building & Construction Authority, Jurong Town Corporation and People’s Associations.
She is experienced in anti-competitive analysis and legislative strategy and is an experienced transactional lawyer for cross border projects involving power imports, energy management, waste to energy, smart infrastructure, energy digitalisation and low carbon technologies.
Sandra has acted as lead coordinator for a large number of innovative public projects in Singapore, including Southeast Asia’s largest ESS, Building Retrofit Energy Efficiency Financing (BREEF), Pulau Ubin Microgrid, and the first CC-in- a-Mall. She sits on the board of / is legal advisor to industry associations such as SGBC, SEAS, ESI, GCNS, HFCAS and WMRAS. She is a frequent speaker on ESG and current day sustainability issues.
