Sylvia Koh-Gratton

Sylvia has over 20 years of experience in the built environment sector across the Asia Pacific region, with expertise in consulting, asset management, sustainability and smart buildings.

Before KONE, Sylvia held various portfolios with CapitaLand, a Singapore based property developer. As the SVP for Group Sustainability, she also led the Digital and Business Solutions team. Before CapitaLand, Sylvia was the Managing Director of JLL’s Asia Pacific Consulting business, assisting clients with asset and workplace strategies. Other companies that Sylvia has worked with include General Electric, EY and Shell.

Sylvia has lived and worked in many countries out of Singapore; Istanbul, Tokyo, Shanghai, Melbourne and Hong Kong.
